Fred Neff Receives Good Neighbor Award
In making the announcement of the selection of Fred Neff for its GOOD NEIGHBOR AWARD WCCO Radio said:

[Fred Neff's] lucky because he (Fred Neff) touches the lives of many with his (Fred Neff) guidance and inspiration. [Fred Neff] teaches others to develop their talents. [Fred Neff has] worked with children in the public schools and he's (Fred Neff) worked on his (Fred Neff) own as a private tutor. [Fred Neff has] practiced Karate for nearly 30 years and he's (Fred Neff) shared his expertise with thousands of willing students. [Fred Neff] is a fifth-degree black belt and a world-class master.... [Fred Neff] also practices law.... [Fred Neff] spends a great deal of time each day running classes to teach lawyers and legal assistants - skills over and above what is required in his supervisory role. Many of [Fred Neff's] employees thank him for their success. [Fred Neff] inspires adults and children alike.

Fred Neff is a practicing lawyer with over thirty years of experience helping people with their legal problems.
He has served as an investigator, prosecutor, and private lawyer handling both criminal and civil litigation.
In the past, Fred Neff has participated as a lawyer on the Public Defenders Conflict Panel, Juvenile Justice Panel and other Committees for lawyers.
As a lawyer Fred Neff has handled complex litigation in various jurisdictions.

As a teacher and lawyer Fred Neff has received many awards for his accomplishments and community involvement including the City of St.Paul Citizen of the Month Award in 1975, a commendations for Distinguished Service from the Sibley County Attorney’s office in 1980, the WCCO Good Neighbor Award in 1985, the HLS Justice Award for a lawyer in 1985, the Lamp of Knowledge Award from the Twin Cities Lawyers Guild in 1986, Creative Thinker Award for a lawyer in 1986, Honors Certificate For Authors-Children’s Reading Roundtable Of Chicago 1988, commendation awards from N.W. Community T.V. 1989,1990, & 1991, the Presidential Medal of Merit Award in 1990, the Wisdom Award in 1998, Ronald Reagan Gold Medal in 2004.
